Kathy Derga, MA, CCC-SLP Kathy has over 30 years experience working as a speech and language pathologist. She has extensive experience working with a variety of communication disorders as well as feeding issues. Mike Esposito, MA, CCC-SLP Mike is a speech therapist that works in both school and outpatient settings. He has special interests in communication delays associated with autism spectrum disorder and is a specialist in augmentative and alternative communication. Amanda Carlson, MA, CCC-SLP Amanda graduated from Cleveland State University in 2002. She has worked with both adults and children in a variety of clinic and school settings. Amanda is experienced in variety of communication issues including general speech and language delays and disorders, aural rehabilitation, fluency disorders, and oral-motor and voice disorders. She also has experience with autism spectrum disorders and dysphagia and an interest in language literacy, phonological awareness, and social language skills.
